- Partial discourse to a third party may only be given with the understanding that these parties do not further disclose this information without written consent of the client, employee, or business partner.
- Ecovenience Canada Inc. may retain information for a period to be determined by the company’s executive.
- Information may be retained for an indefinite period of time, at the discretion of Ecovenience Canada Inc.’s executive.
- Once information has been determined to be of no more use, and the maintenance of this information is no longer required by law, the information will be destroy in a safe and secure manner, in accordance with industry standards.

Liability
