Appropriate Use of Information

1. Ecovenience Canada Inc. collects and uses information solely for the purpose of conducting business. 
1. Ecovenience Canada Inc. guarantees that information collected under this policy will not be used for other purposes, unless expressly consented to by the client, employee, or a representative of a business partner or required by federal or provincial law.
2. Ecovenience Canada Inc. will obtain consent before use information collected for any purpose other than the agreed upon purpose of the use.

Partial discloser for the above state purpose may be made to consultants, suppliers, subcontracts business partners of Ecovenience Canada Inc. or any other organisation that Ecovenience Canada Inc. deems necessary in order to conduct business in a responsible manner, acting out their duties with due diligence.
2. Partial discourse to a third party may only be given with the understanding that these parties do not further disclose this information without written consent of the client, employee, or business partner.
3. Ecovenience Canada Inc. may retain information for a period to be determined by the company’s executive.
1. Information may be retained for an indefinite period of time, at the discretion of Ecovenience Canada Inc.’s executive.
4. Once information has been determined to be of no more use, and the maintenance of this information is no longer required by law, the information will be destroy in a safe and secure manner, in accordance with industry standards.
5. Ecovenience Canada Inc. vows to protect information with the appropriate security measures, physical safeguards, and electronic precautions.

Liability

1. If information is disclosed without consent and without a legal obligation to disclose such information, Ecovenience Canada Inc. will assume liability for information entrusted into their care provided that the disclosure is a direct result of negligence on the behalf Ecovenience Canada Inc..
1. Negligence on the behalf of Ecovenience Canada Inc. does not include unsanctioned disclosure of information by third parties or employees, whether current or otherwise, provided that Ecovenience Canada Inc. has followed the guidelines laid out in this policy and has acted in good faith with regards to the information.
